Electrical Database Administrator

We are currently looking for an Electrical Database Administrator (M/F), reporting directly to the Head of the Electrical Department, to join our Paris team (Nanterre, 92).

About your team:

Within the engineering division of Technip Energies' Paris office, you will report to the Electrical Department.

With 60 years' experience in energy project design, the division is made up of 600 people representing all the disciplines present on our installations (>20).

About the mission we offer you:

You will participate in the engineering and design of projects carried out by TEN France for the Group's various Business Lines, decarbonized solutions (Carbon capture, H2, Wind), LNG or biofuels. On these projects, most of which are export projects, you will interface with teams from other disciplines within Technip Energies (project management, procurement, construction) as well as our mainly international partners.

As a Junior Electricity Database Administrator, you will work within multicultural electricity teams and will be in charge of the management and administration of databases dedicated to Electricity (Smart Electrical - SEL and/or AVEVA Electrical).

Your main tasks will be to:

• Set up, configure and parameterize the tool on a project.
• Manage access rights and profiles
• Support and, if necessary, train users
• Produce/adapt user guide documents
• Listen to and understand user needs
• Test and validate new versions of tools
• Participate in the improvement of Electricity tool usage methods
• Develop interfaces with other Group tools 
• Report software problems to the editor and suggest corrections and improvements

You may be required to assist with database development at other Technip Energies operating centers (India, Middle East, etc.), either on site or remotely.

You may also be involved in other activities of the electricity department (monitoring equipment requisitions, consumer lists and power balances, etc.).
