DigitalOcean shares soar as cloud platform eyes 30.7% revenue growth amid strong demand

DigitalOcean, a cloud computing platform provider, and Armstrong World, a ceiling and wall products manufacturer, are generating strong cash flows whilst reinvesting effectively for growth. DigitalOcean trades at $180.45 per share with an 18% trailing 12-month free cash flow margin, backed by 17.6% average billing growth and projected revenue growth of 30.7%. Armstrong World, trading at undisclosed levels, boasts a 14.5% free cash flow margin and has achieved 12.1% annual revenue growth over two years. However, Wynn Resorts, despite a 9.5% free cash flow margin, faces headwinds including lacklustre 2.3% annual revenue growth, a low 10.2% free cash flow margin constraining reinvestment, and concerning 6× net-debt-to-EBITDA leverage. The luxury casino operator trades at $102.74 per share.
