Salary Range: 150000 to 150000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

You will:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize internal processes and workflows
• Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into operational performance and strategic opportunities
• Drive efficiency in resource allocation and utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and compliance with company goals

What you bring:

• Proven experience in consulting, strategy, and/or business operations, preferably within a startup or technology-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA optional
• 5-8+ years of experience in successful operations and strategy during a rapid growth period
• Curiosity to dig several layers deep into metrics, have an innate desire to understand key drivers and whether they are the correct or best metrics to measure/manage a business or process
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, pivot with shifting priorities, and be proactive
• Organized self starter who pays close attention to details
