Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; experience in professional services or consulting is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingualism is required: French and English, spoken and written
  • Experience broadly in the integration and implementation of hospital information system projects of medium to large size in the last 3 years
  • Previous experience in the implementation, training or support of enterprise resource planning software is strongly preferred
  • Experience in health systems interoperability is also strongly desired
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement with executives and steering committees – presenting project updates and business level
  • Certification and experience in development, system administration, security administration and/or system configuration
  • PMP certification and at least 5 years of experience in planning, tracking, controlling and closing full lifecycle projects
  • Ability to balance urgent short-term needs with long-term strategic priorities
  • Strength in interpersonal relationships, including ability to give feedback and to inspire and motivate others to succeed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting customer service commitments and project deadlines
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the work environment and modify approach or method to succeed in leading change; reacts well under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, computers, e-mail, correspondence and spreadsheets
  • Must demonstrate and embody Nordic/Healthtech mottos
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure all parties meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
  • Establish good relationships with clients and other professionals
  • Manage budgets and track costs
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget
  • Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials and other documents needed to enable successful implementation and handover of the process or system to clients
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients
  • Obtain client acceptance of project deliverables
  • Manage client satisfaction during the project transition period
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify project successes and shortcomings
  • Supervision of ERP projects
