  • High School Diploma / GED (Required)
  • 5-7 Years of relative work experience
  • Business sales call center leadership experience
  • Successful track record in building strong relationships with indirect channel sales partners
  • Proven ability to meet territory quota expectations and KPIs
  • Strong foundational knowledge of telecom business solutions
Responsibilities
  • Drives incremental monthly sales to meet or exceed budget objectives with 20-25 national partners who sell within the call center space across the US.
  • Recruits, educates, trains, and supports the partner community to position the entire Comcast Business Global Advanced Solutions Portfolio suite of products and services.
  • Ensures consistent completion of product install by partnering with regions relative to survey, order acceptance, construction process and post-sale process.
  • Serves as main point of contact and liaison to channel partners with regards to any sales related issues.
  • Recruits new direct partners and sub partners.
  • Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel and reporting via SalesForce.com.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Must be comfortable with up to 50% car and airplane travel to partner sites across the US, primarily in Colorado, Boston, Florida, Mid-West, etc.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
