Requirements
  • Five to eight years of experience leading partner, channel, or alliance marketing within business-to-business software-as-a-service or enterprise technology.
  • Experience managing partner marketing budgets and revenue targets.
  • Ability to partner with internal Partner Enablement and Channel Sales teams to build unified programs.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans focused on partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel to partner events, conferences, and meetings as needed, estimated at 20–30%.
Responsibilities
  • Own and scale Tempo's global partner marketing strategy to drive partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth through channel and marketplace partners.
  • Co-develop partner onboarding tracks, sales playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards with the Partner Enablement team.
  • Manage the partner portal and ensure it contains marketing assets, product resources, and co-brandable campaign kits.
  • Drive regular marketing communications, including partner newsletters and program announcements.
  • Design and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns spanning digital advertising, social media, webinars, and joint sales plays.
  • Craft joint value propositions with Product Marketing for the Monday.com, Linear, Microsoft, and ServiceNow ecosystems.
  • Plan and execute field marketing events, including executive roundtables, workshops, and regional seminars.
  • Coordinate Tempo's presence at industry trade shows and ecosystem user groups across Atlassian, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Monday.com, and Linear networks.
  • Develop scalable campaigns-in-a-box and co-brandable asset templates for partners.
  • Optimize marketplace listings, visibility, and discoverability rankings within partner ecosystems.
  • Manage co-op and market development funds, campaign budgets, partner marketing return on investment, and pipeline contribution.
  • Mentor and manage an EMEA-based Partner Marketing Manager.
  • Define partner segmentation and tiering strategies, positioning, and co-sell navigation for specific ecosystems.
  • Manage team budget and growth targets.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with channel partners, including systems integrators, value-added resellers, and consultancies, with familiarity with the Atlassian, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Monday.com, or Linear ecosystems.
  • Experience integrating artificial intelligence tools into daily workflows for content creation, campaign analysis, and program reporting.
