Requirements
  • An active Top Secret clearance is required.
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC five days per week is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT platforms or collaboration ecosystems is required.
  • Hands-on experience administering enterprise Jira, Confluence, and Crowd, with a focus on workflow design, automations, and plugin management, is required.
  • Familiarity with Linux administration, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and FISMA/ATO compliance is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate across teams are required.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize and deliver under changing mission needs is required.
  • Familiarity with Agile and SAFe and the ability to configure tools to reflect best-practice delivery models and ceremonies are required.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and scale Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Crowd for daily enterprise operations.
  • Triage and resolve support tickets, including access requests and advanced configuration changes.
  • Improve workflows, fields, dashboards, reports, templates, and permission models.
  • Manage marketplace applications, including installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance checks.
  • Oversee access and identity through Crowd, Microsoft Entra ID, and single sign-on integrations.
  • Perform platform operations, including upgrades, patches, deployments, backups, logging, and monitoring.
  • Support compliance activities, including Authority to Operate documentation, audits, and configuration baselines.
  • Work across multiple programming languages and platforms, design and implement architectural decisions, apply design patterns, use cloud-native services and infrastructure/platform/software as a service fundamentals, and apply secure coding practices such as the OWASP Top 10.
  • Integrate and troubleshoot distributed or cloud services and optimize performance and scalability.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor teammates, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work directly with clients, write technical request for proposal content when needed, nurture client relationships, and manage routine client concerns.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in federal, high-security, or multi-enclave environments.
  • Experience integrating artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities, such as classifiers and intelligent routing, into an enterprise collaboration platform.
  • Willingness to undergo a CI polygraph.
