Job Description: Reporting to the Body Shop Manager or designated manager, the Quality Process Lead assures the quality of the detail process “First Time Right” is applied by detailers. The QPL also creates individual assignments for detailers, communicates production goals, and leads the designated lane. Is also the first point of contact per the designated lane.
Is responsible for a designated lane in the detail department.
Quality control of vehicles
Photograph and stage vehicles to ensure focused and clear pictures per detail standards.
Responsible for the photo booth and its components.
