Responsibilities
  • Develop applications and integrations to support business requirements.
  • Complete testing to ensure applications and integrations are delivered with high quality.
  • Provide accurate estimates of the time required to complete development tasks.
  • Follow policies and procedures related to application methods and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support for content management systems, custom applications, and integrations used by Franklin Electric customers and employees across multiple business units.
  • Provide occasional off-hours support on evenings and weekends.
  • Maintain or exceed Service Level Agreements for incident resolution, measured by incident duration for the team.
  • Participate as a resource on projects led by others.
  • Complete assigned project tasks on time and with high quality.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, a related degree, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Experience with JavaScript using jQuery, Angular, or React is preferred.
