Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree with 7 years talent acquisition experience OR 10 years talent acquisition experience
  • 3 years of experience focused on executive recruiting
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and executives to fill critical leadership positions
  • Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in the executive recruitment process
  • Ability to plan, design and administer recruitment practices across divisions and multiple stakeholders
  • Initiative, analytical ability, planning and organizational skills

  • Partnering with internal HR Business Partners and Hiring Executives in creating, developing and executing recruiting strategies for executive level positions
  • Partnering with the HCSC senior leadership team to identify and hire top executive talent critical to the business
