Requirements
  • 6+ years relevant Media or Analytics experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Knowledge of Tableau or any other dashboard & data visualization tools
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts at varying levels
  • Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or any other advanced analytics software package a plus
  • Experience with industry tools like Syndicated Consumer, Syndicated Sales, Media Consumption, Paid Media Monitoring, Social Media Monitoring, etc.
  • Ability to delegate and oversee direct reports
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and meet tight deadlines under pressure
Responsibilities
  • Development of client-specific measurement plans
  • Manage day-to-day requirements and workflow related to analytics
  • Present to clients with focus on recommendations and insights
  • Keep clients informed of emerging measurement methodologies
  • Guide junior members on providing rich insights
  • Collaborate internally across Initiative crafts
  • Identify opportunities to better support client needs
