Requirements
  • 4 years of progressively responsible, related business experience
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Data Analytics or Business, or equivalent work experience, is required
  • Experience performing data ETL by designing data collection methods, data models, and transformation processes that work for both relational databases (Oracle/SQL) and distributed data systems (such as Hadoop/scripting languages)
  • Strong analytic skills and the ability to share insights with peers
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tooling (such as Tableau, Excel or related tools)
  • Demonstrable planning and organization skills
Responsibilities
  • Create specifications and implement reports and analyses based on business needs and requirements leveraging all available data sources.
  • Developing and maintaining processes, both manual and automated, to ensure data quality and integrity are an important part of being successful in this role.
  • Support team researching trends for briefings, presentations, and reporting that details business performance and progress relative to relevant plans.
  • Iteratively identify the most effective means to communicate key data concepts to stakeholders by balancing verbal, written and visual communication techniques.
  • Support the formation of recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on capturing relevant business metrics.
