About the role

As the Growth Operations Associate, you will work on the Oscar’ Growth Operations team to further improve the success and optimization of our sales and enrollment processes. You will analyze data for stakeholders, identify areas of opportunity for improvement, and monitor important strategic areas for the supported departments under the Growth Operations area.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Growth Technical Operations. This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the New York, NY or the Tempe, AZ. office and part of the time work-from-home/remote. #LI-Hybrid

The potential base pay for this role is: $86,400-$113,400.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
