Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and external Recruiting Partners to streamline the recruitment process and schedule interviews
  • Facilitate all candidate scheduling in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Lever
  • Become a subject matter expert in Lever to navigate and execute job postings, system maintenance and hygiene, process improvements, and user access
  • Manage and execute a seamless, timely, and data-driven talent coordination process by managing complex calendars and schedules, ensuring candidates have everything they need throughout the interview process
  • Welcome candidates for onsite interviews, ensure interview rooms are prepared, and provide assistance with additional needs such as directions or parking validation
  • Drive and establish best practices for all talent coordination activities
  • Support VP of Talent with ad hoc talent projects as needed
