Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they enter the showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the perfect vehicle from our range of Mercedes-Benz models.
  • Present and demonstrate the features, options, and performance of vehicles in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Conduct test drives and ensure customers are confident and informed about their potential purchase.
  • Provide thorough explanations of pricing, leasing, and financing options, ensuring transparency throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing follow-up and exceptional post-sale service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including the latest features, technology, and innovations in the Mercedes-Benz lineup.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process.
  • Attend training sessions to stay informed about new vehicle releases and sales techniques.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end retail sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
