Requirements
  • Master’s or PhD degree, ideally in (applied) chemistry or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, product management, or commercial expertise, preferably in cleaning, surface treatments, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver customer value propositions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and confident in driving complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence – Collect competitive insights and develop tools that help commercial teams succeed.
  • Market Strategy – Build and maintain the regional strategy, aligning global priorities with local execution needs.
  • Customer Insight to Growth – Lead Voice of Customer initiatives, translate insights into value propositions, and support sales in driving growth.
  • Industry Expertise – Act as a thought leader by developing case studies, whitepapers, training materials, and representing the company at events and conferences.
  • Innovation Leadership – Lead and coordinate regional product launches, validation, and adoption in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D.
  • Sustainability – Embed sustainability across all marketing, innovation, and customer-facing activities.

Solenis reports 74% of revenue from sustainable solutions as it integrates recent acquisitions

Solenis, a global provider of water and hygiene solutions, has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing progress driven by business growth and integration. The company invested $4.68 million in sustainable capital projects, improved workplace safety by 22% year-over-year, and achieved 96% participation in its culture survey. The report highlights $349 million in documented customer value delivered through its ValueAdvantage programme, up from $257 million previously. Additionally, 74% of revenue came from solutions supporting customer sustainability initiatives, whilst 91% of active innovation programmes focused on sustainability or circularity. Solenis completed integration of recent acquisitions and announced the acquisition of NCH Corporation, which closed in November 2025. The company also opened a new Global Research Center in Delaware to develop solutions for water stewardship and resource efficiency.
