Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in system integration.
  • Strong understanding of system integration best practices in B2C and B2B environments.
  • Experience with gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across various disciplines, including engineering, IT, and merchant services.
  • Solid technical background with familiarity in ERP systems, web technologies, and relational databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent Chinese and English speaking skills.
Responsibilities
  • Understand and gather system integration requests from merchants, deliver and purpose a development request to HQ team in Beijing.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage all parts of the system integration lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, and testing.
  • Act as the primary POC between merchants and internal teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
  • Oversee technical aspects of system integration to ensure seamless compatibility and operation between merchant systems and our platform.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep stakeholders informed of project status, changes, and any issues.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation related to system integration projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • Background in any ERP system (SAP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Experience with Product Management
  • Basic understanding on Java and SQL.
  • Strong technical documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
