Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience (HR diploma or in progress is a bonus)
  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience—you know your stuff
  • Proven track record of building proactive sourcing strategies that deliver results
  • Tech-savvy and social media smart—bonus points for ATS experience
  • Confident negotiator with experience in salary discussions
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and a can-do attitude
  • Quick thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving
  • Able to juggle multiple roles and priorities like a pro
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS tools
  • Stellar communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
