  • Perform IMO research in a timely and accurate manner, defined by your manager
  • Complete the IMO Support Tracker daily to document research performance and meet the minimum weekly IMO requirement set by the SOM, unless operations do not permit
  • Perform regular communications with SOM to offer feedback regarding workload tasks/assignments
  • Follow the weekly provider IMO allocation given by your manager
  • Willing to train and develop new IMO specialist, if need be
  • Able to work at a Clay Consulting location or remotely by signing the UYOD policy
  • Perform other administrative tasks, as assigned by SOM, deemed reasonable by the operational management team.
