Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods and procedures.
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A valid nursing license.
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, including reviewing medical history, understanding desired results, creating treatment plans, and explaining aesthetic results, risks, and benefits.
- Perform aesthetic services including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, and medical-grade chemical peels.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient charting, before-and-after photographs, and treatment records.
- Prioritize patient safety by inspecting the injection room and maintaining hygiene and safety through equipment decontamination, surface sanitization, and injection-room preparation.
- Respect the diversity of patients and their individual rights to care.
- Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and maintain and advance skills and industry knowledge.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals, and overall well-being.
- Stay updated on aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
- Conduct consultations and complete comprehensive treatment plans.
- Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed.
