Requirements
  • Four years of high school education or equivalent is required.
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience are required.

  • Complete moderately repetitive tasks.
  • Use noncomplex machines and equipment, including adding machines, calculators, and copy/fax machines.
  • Use intermediate alphanumeric data entry and spreadsheet skills.
  • Use basic word processing and typing skills.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure orders are received and shipped correctly, on time, and using the most cost-effective methods.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility, including shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory control, asset utilization, and maintenance.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through the full material flow from receipt of raw materials to shipping of finished goods.
  • Use the digital inventory control system to maintain accurate counts and organize the warehouse efficiently.
  • Determine material handling and shipping methods that balance production, customer, and corporate goals.
  • Develop and drive innovative warehouse management approaches that continuously improve and support business goals.
  • Review and approve invoices and billing.
  • Provide product application sizing when necessary for assigned products.
  • Complete quotes for the sale of finished goods through the customer service database.
  • Process paperwork for returned materials and warranty refunds.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through a routine audit and cycle-count program.
  • Plan and assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse maintenance as needed.
  • Supervise supervisory and/or non-supervisory employees.
  • Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints; and resolve problems.
  • Work with Human Resources on employee issues.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
