Project Management Specialist

Key Role:

Coordinates facilities and administrative services including clerical and support services, document management and distribution, action item tracking, messenger services and telecommunications. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of managing office operations and developing, implementing, and improving processes

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks and associated deadlines

• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications: 

• Experience working in or supporting an Air Force or DoD organization

• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Possession of excellent team collaboration skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
