Role overview:
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and problem solving? Do you have what it takes to expand a company’s presence in new and existing markets? If so, Nursa is looking for you! We’re currently seeking exceptional Account Executives to join our team in multiple locations.
As an Account Executive with Nursa, you’ll have the opportunity to play a vital role in expanding our reach and impact across the state of Texas. Ideal candidates aren’t afraid of prospecting, are intrinsically motivated and have a knack for problem solving. You’ll be responsible for educating and instructing customers via in-person and video demos, and adapting to changing requirements with ease.
With high travel expected around the state, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with clients and prospects face-to-face, establishing strong relationships and creating connections that will help drive Nursa’s growth. This role can be based from anywhere in the state of Texas.
Responsibilities:
Create outbound prospecting plans across mid-market and local healthcare partners that ensure quota is hit or exceeded
Identify and onboard new facilities in their local areas by working with Administrators & Schedulers as they adopt the Nursa platform
Create new business relationships between Nursa and healthcare corporations across your territory through in-person visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Showcase the working ability of the Nursa app to potential clients through virtual and on-site demonstrations
Qualifications:
1-3 years of professional experience, with experience in Sales, Account Management, Healthcare Administration or similar function;
We also welcome sales inclined individuals with diverse backgrounds in the healthcare industry such as nurses, administrators and staffers
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
Ability to leverage multiple internal and external resources to achieve goals
Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup, or other dynamic environment a plus
