Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT budget management, analysis, or a related field, preferably within a military or government environment.
  • Experience with NMCI/NGEN contracts and Task Order processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of IT inventory management, budgeting processes, and fiscal analysis.
  • Familiarity with ONE Net and NMCI systems, as well as knowledge of network engineering principles.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and budgetary information, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in maintaining and updating budgetary spreadsheets and financial documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, including regional CIOs and program offices.
  • Strong presentation skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings and discussions among various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
  • Active IAT II Certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in project management or IT governance are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as required for meetings and coordination with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze the cost of Regional IT requirements within CNIC’s NMCI IT Inventory budget (approximately $15M) during the execution of the Task Order process.
  • Analyze, update, and maintain budgetary spreadsheets related to CNIC’s NMCI fiscal inventory requirements and acquisitions.
  • Provide technical guidance, analysis, processing, and scheduling of Task Orders to Customer Technical Representatives (CTRs) and Assistant Customer Technical Representatives (ACTRs).
  • Assist in the determination and acquisition of appropriate services /assets, ensuring compliance with CNIC standards for scheduling dates and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CNIC Regional CIOs in EURAFSWA, Far East, Marianas, Korea, and Singapore and the ONE Net program office staff (FLTCYBERCOM/C10F).
  • Liaise with the program resource sponsor (OPNAV N2/N6) and the program's network engineering arm (PEO EIS) to track programmatic changes, operations, and user policies.
  • Monitor new system enhancements and provide feedback to the ONE Net program office.
  • Attend OMN/customer focus meetings in support of OCONUS regions to address enterprise issues and concerns, reporting findings to CNIC HQ N65 leadership.
  • Track ONE Net PC refresh schedules, support issues, and budgeting requirements for the CIOs in Europe and the Far East.
  • Report relevant information and updates to CNIC HQ N65 leadership.
  • Act as CNIC HQ N65 representative on selected issues requiring attention in CONUS and OCONUS regions, ensuring effective communication and reporting to CNIC HQ N65 leadership.
  • Work to eliminate reliance on legacy networks and peripheral devices for both ONE Net and NMCI, facilitating the transition to modern systems.
  • Assist CNIC HQ personnel with ONE Net documentation requirements and transition tasks, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date
