Requirements
  • 7-10+ years’ experience working with mixed-methods primary research
  • Experience in end-to-end management of large-scale mixed-methods primary research
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Ability to oversee all aspects of the quantitative and qualitative research process
  • Experience in working with data scientists to design and interpret statistical analyses techniques
  • Academic training in the measurement of public attitudes and behaviors

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding the challenges they face and making relevant strategic recommendations based on in-depth analyses of audience research
  • Develop research programs that support Teneo’s approach to reputation strategy
  • Foster an environment in which commitment to quality and client satisfaction is a top priority
  • Direct project teams to create compelling and concise presentations of complex data for clients
  • Manage and support junior colleagues, ensuring they are thoroughly briefed on incoming projects and understand what is expected
  • Pursue relationships with partners at all levels to promote broad and sustained networking and collaboration
