Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain a government security clearance, if required
  • 3 – 7 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
  • Act as a financial business partner across Operations and Technical Divisions
  • Support the Company annual budget and monthly forecast processes
  • Provide monthly analysis of financial results, including profit and loss, labor utilization, and indirect expenses
  • Provide detailed financial reports comparing budget and forecasts to actuals; provide assessment and causes of monthly variances as well as guidance to achieve overall financial goals
  • Perform trend analysis and make recommendations to Senior Leadership (revenues, indirect expenses, hiring capacity, etc.)
  • Develop financial projections and build various financial models
  • Collaborating with VP’s, Group Leads, and the Finance team on various Finance topics
  • Assist with Accounting support during month-end
  • Perform special projects as assigned
