We’re looking for an Entry-Level Full-Stack Developer who wants to gain hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end development—building functional systems, tackling technical challenges, and contributing to meaningful projects from day one.
What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Full-Stack Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and test system applications using established tools, standards, and frameworks.
- Partner with senior developers on multi-step projects across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, coordinate tasks, and deliver high-quality work.
- Analyze business requirements and help turn them into functional technical specifications.
- Participate in team meetings to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and plan upcoming work.
- Test new features to ensure everything works exactly as it should before release.
- ·Build prototypes to explore new ideas and validate feasibility.
- Monitor application performance to keep systems running smoothly and efficiently.
- Analyze data to identify improvements, bugs, or optimization opportunities.
- Maintain clear, updated documentation on new systems and operational changes.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and provide support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR at least 1 year of IT experience OR relevant training from a coding bootcamp, internship, or technology program
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Visual Studio
- Experience with C# (or another OOP language like Java)
- Strong math skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Familiarity with:
- Windows Server
- C# and .NET / .NET Core
- Basic understanding of both front-end and back-end concepts
Nice-to-Have Skills
Training will be provided—these are simply a plus:
- MSSQL Server or other relational databases
- GIT or Subversion
- Angular or AngularJS
- MongoDB
- Redis Cache
