- Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Next.js, including server-side rendering and static site generation.
- At least 3 years of Node.js experience.
- At least 1 year of Next.js experience.
- At least 3 years of React experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Applicants must be located in Vancouver or Ontario.
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Work with product and design teams to implement user-facing features.
- Optimize application performance, search engine optimization, and ad delivery.
- Integrate third-party application programming interfaces, including Google Ads and AdSense.
- Collaborate through code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning.
- Monitor application health and user experience using modern observability tools.
- Experience with Azure services, including Storage, Queues, PostgreSQL, virtual machines, and API Management.
- Familiarity with BullMQ or similar asynchronous workflow tools.
- Background working with ad-based websites.
- Experience using Google Ads or AdSense APIs.
- Knowledge of Playwright for end-to-end testing.
- Experience with FFMPEG for media processing.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Experience with a Linux-based development environment.
- Experience with Jira and Slack.
- Experience deploying applications on Vercel.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Sentry or LogRocket.
