Responsibilities
  • Help develop reporting that will help drive data-driven decision making and enhance our ability to continuously improve our risk management culture and control environment.
  • Apply quantitative, problem-solving skills to provide insights into controls performance and key risk indicators while defining the broader divisional data strategy and tooling.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders across Operations and Federation teams globally.
  • Perform data analytics and reporting, leveraging key contacts in the division.
  • Manage senior leadership conversations and drive risk meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Facilitate the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and perform targeted risk assessments.
  • Use personal initiative to ensure appropriate judgment in both planning and event management.
