Requirements
  • The candidate must have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing procedures, including drafting, editing, revising, and performing comment resolution.
  • Review new and existing procedures to determine whether they are executable.
  • Assist in developing new procedures and streamlining efforts at the Management System level and within each Management System level.
  • Interface with Richland Operations Office Management System Stewards, functional managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Develop procedure standards and procedure-on-procedure documentation.
  • Provide benchmarking reports for procedure conversion from the existing RIMS to the new procedure system used at the Hanford Site.
  • Implement RIMS product conversion schedules.
  • Develop, edit, and review administrative procedures.
  • Provide briefings related to procedure conversion activities.
  • Make recommendations for improving Richland Operations Office management system procedures.
