Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) is required.
  • Fluency in English at C1 level is required.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills are required.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative environment are required.
Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation, review, and management of corporate, commercial, contractual, and governance-related legal documents.
  • Assist in investment processes, financing transactions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and other corporate transactions.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research and monitor legislative developments and market trends relevant to the digital infrastructure sector.
  • Support compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters across different jurisdictions.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing external legal advisers and law firms.
  • Support corporate housekeeping activities, including maintaining subsidiary records, corporate documentation, and governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Development, Digital, Operations, and Business teams on legal matters affecting ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to preparing legal reports, presentations, internal guidelines, and knowledge-management materials.
  • Support contract management, document organization, and legal process-improvement initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree or specialization in Corporate Law, Business Law, International Law, Technology Law, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous internship experience in a law firm, consulting firm, investment fund, infrastructure company, or corporate legal department is desirable but not required.
  • Additional languages will be considered an asset.
