For this job we are currently only hiring candidates based in the United States.
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, passionate Head of Growth Marketing. Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer, you will own Ontra’s demand generation strategy to drive rapid growth in the enterprise market, both net-new and expansion opportunities. You will have responsibility for the planning, organizing, executing, and measurement of integrated marketing programs and ABM campaigns that result in opportunity creation and revenue growth.
The Head of Growth will be creative and hands-on with a strong bias to action. They will take ownership of growth targets, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. The right candidate is an excellent strategist who also enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get stuff done.
