Responsibilities
  • Driving the development, facilitation, and evaluation of training programs, including onboarding (Basecamp), leadership development, and MicroPeaks microlearning workshops
  • Facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training
  • Designing and implementing engaging and interactive training materials such as videos, infographics, and quizzes
  • Administering the learning management system (BIRDu), maintaining training records, databases, and participant registrations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and create programs that align with business objectives
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports the growth of all team members
