Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or related fields)
  • Prior coursework or academic projects in Regulatory Affairs or Agrochemicals is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to track and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the submission of State Pesticide New Product Registrations and Renewals for crop protection and turf and ornamental products, including 24(c) Special Local Need Label submissions
  • Support the submission of State Fertilizer New Product Registrations and Renewals for crop protection and turf and ornamental products
  • Help resolve additional state regulatory requirements, such as NY RUP certifications, state 6(a)2 reporting, fertilizer tonnage reporting, and gross sales reports
  • Participate in Innovation and New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings and assist in identifying potential issues while providing solutions
  • Assist with Federal Product Registrations, including preparing dossier submissions, label amendments, notifications, and other related tasks
  • Support Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) data achievement processes
  • Help with the review and editing of commercial product labels
  • Assist in managing Product Chemistry and Acute Toxicity reports with external Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
  • Participate in industry association meetings (e.g., AAPFCO, AAPCO/SFIREG, RISE) and provide updates on upcoming legislation
  • Support Fertilizer and Soil Amendment Tonnage Reporting (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports)
