Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience working in the medical administrative field are required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is required.
  • Ability to research, collect, develop, and consolidate data for reports is required.
  • Knowledge of standard processing procedures, formats, and distribution for correspondence, presentations, and reports is required.
Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer common Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol services within a complex enterprise data center environment.
  • Apply information security principles to track planned changes to assigned systems, assess their potential security-posture impact, identify and report planned Network Attached Storage system changes with potential cybersecurity impact, and support cyber operations.
  • Administer and manage network appliances, systems, backbone routers, and switches.
  • Monitor and manage networks for network health and configure functional, local, and wide area networks and associated hardware and software.
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate abnormal situations related to network degradation caused by incorrect software, inadequate operating procedures, or equipment failure.
  • Program and maintain networking devices and monitor and troubleshoot network elements to discover and resolve problems promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve information technology problems and determine whether cabling, equipment, or operations is the source of the problem.
  • Administer operational networks, including installing, maintaining, and securing Cisco routers and switches, Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance firewalls, and Cisco Identity Services Engine.
  • Install, test, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems.
