Requirements
  • Master's student (Business School, Engineering School or University)
  • Strong interest in Product Management, Change Management, Customer Success or Digital Transformation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English (mandatory), French is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
  • Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics and create engaging learning content
  • Interest in content creation and digital learning, with experience or willingness to work with tools such as PowerPoint, Rise 360, video editing software, or similar content creation platforms
  • Curious, proactive, autonomous and eager to learn
Responsibilities
  • Designing and producing engaging user enablement materials (e-learning modules, webinars, presentations, user guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, videos, release communications, etc.)
  • Supporting the preparation and execution of product launches and migration waves across multiple countries and brands
  • Collecting and analyzing user feedback to identify adoption challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Continuously enhancing training content, communication materials and the overall user onboarding experience
  • Translating new product features into clear, user-friendly documentation in collaboration with the Product team
  • Supporting webinars, training sessions and internal communication campaigns
  • Helping maintain a consistent, up-to-date and engaging knowledge base for hotels and internal teams
  • Collaborating daily with Business, Product and Migration teams in an international environment
