This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (all other locations).

Requirements
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, specifically handling B2B products, BtoC a plus
  • 2+ years of experience working with/for a health insurance broker or consultant, payer or provider
  • Experience working with product teams, sales, and client success teams, and influencing product strategy
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and mobile technologies; Health/Medical benefits, insurance, navigation of care a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a remarkable attention to detail, experience crafting sales collateral/presentations preferred
  • Strong technical literacy with ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences
  • Resourceful, accountable, and able to roll-up your sleeves while working in a highly ambiguous environment
  • Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view
  • Thrives in a high-paced, intense but informal start-up environment
Responsibilities
  • Drive and execute GTM launch programs for new product and service updates
  • Drive and execute product demos and education for Collective Health internally and externally
  • Serve as an advocate for Client Sales and Client Success teams
  • Be a trusted partner to Client Marketing
  • Support the development of strategically meaningful projects
  • Generate insights with insights and data science teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and technology trends
