  • Acts as a HR solutions partner to business and functional leaders delivering consistent advice and coaching to support and enable local business strategy
  • Liaises with managers to implement local People Team programs that are appropriate for their business needs, consistent with the WalkMe's overall HR strategy
  • Partners with Talent Management on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.)
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance employee experience and increase retention
  • Partner with the business to drive performance management and overall succession planning by identifying high-impact/critical roles, developing incumbents and successors, and identifying global mobility opportunities and candidates
  • Manages timely investigations, prepares documentation and makes appropriate recommendations for complex human resources issues to ensure human resources management is conducted effectively
  • Maintains knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to executive leaders
