Requirements
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Experience with Payment Network systems or general issuer card processing
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
  • Knowledgeable about good software service development methodologies, developer engagement and modern, RESTful API architectures
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Able to translate client or user needs into technical requirements for developers
  • Able to consider how technical issues or tradeoffs might affect business or customers
  • Technical Degree in CS/Engineering or demonstrated equivalent technical expertise through past experience
  • Familiar with the level of security, privacy, compliance and associated risk-management considerations required to build highly trustworthy and reliable internet-based financial applications
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product leaders to define payments and product platform strategy
  • Transform business requirements into detailed use cases and write requirements
  • Prioritize features in an agile way as market needs and resources evolve
  • Engage with cross functional product and engineering teams to determine the best solution and implementation timelines
  • Plan sprints and groom the user story backlog
  • Design user experiences and build mockups for product ideas
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing
  • Define KPIs, track, and measure success against KPIs and SLA
  • Build presentations for executives, internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop business cases and pricing models, support commercialization efforts
  • Work with operation and engineering teams to develop and roll out operational support models
  • Partner with business and technology teams globally to communicate and support sales enablement for new features, listen and gather feedback, and cultivate insights to inform product roadmaps

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
