Mission:

CenTrak is seeking a System Engineer to join its ever-expanding team of System Engineers. As a member of the team, you designs, implement, and validates CenTrak systems and solutions by focusing on configurations, installations, and troubleshooting for performance optimization.The position is multidisciplinary in nature and travel to customers’ premises is often required (50%-75%). The position reports to the Manager, Implementation. Responsibilities: 

• Install, configure, and validate software.

• Attend planning meetings and guide design.

• Serve as liaison with customer IT teams.

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot systems.

• Develop backup, recovery, and documentation.

• Ensure system security and compliance.

Communication & Collaboration: 

• Work with internal teams and external partners.

• Communicate issues and updates clearly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related.

• 2–4 years in systems or admin roles.

• Certifications: Network+,

• Security+, Azure Fundamentals, or AWS SA.

• OS: Windows, Linux, macOS.

• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).

• VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure.

• Microsoft Servers and protocols.

• SQL, MS Office, CADs, Wireshark.

• Problem-solving and teamwork.

• Work experience within the Healthcare Industry (Preferred).

• Superb support of our customers to include interpersonal communication skills.

• If a customer’s policy requires vendors to credentialied, including background checksm credit checks, immunizations for flu, COVID 19 and other vaccinations, then all CenTrak employees who must access that customer’s health care facility to provide goods and services in connection with their job duties at CenTrak shall be required to be be credentialed or otherwise meets the criteria for a qualifed exemption.
