Requirements
  • An Associate’s degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, is required.
  • Candidates must be able to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work continuously in the United States.
  • Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Collect and process office supply and printing requests from workstreams and staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, and deliveries.
  • Maintain administrative records related to purchasing and printing orders.
  • Assist with cost control by monitoring supply and printing expenses.
  • Coordinate logistics for memberships, trainings, workshops, and events.
  • Assist the Contract Manager in obtaining and collecting consultant documents.
  • Track receipt of consultant documents and verify that all required documents are included.
  • Maintain accurate tracking logs and records of consultant document status.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees, including account creation, identification, email access, and office equipment.
  • Collect working equipment from exiting staff.
  • Assist in office event planning.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Provide support with special projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

It provides pre-award services to identify sponsors and assist with proposal development, and post-award administration to ensure compliance and proper use of resources.
