 Your Day to Day

• Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement and optimization across the domains and experiences you are supporting. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions on ways we can drive win-win solutions for consumers and our businesses.
• Tool Utilization: Learn about and leverage a variety of analytical tools to conduct performance analyses and gain competitive intelligence, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, PopSQL, and other data analytics platforms.
• Research and Strategy: Conduct research and site performance analysis to inform strategic initiatives, including process optimization, new project development, and innovative experiments that drive growth and efficiency. 
• Reporting: Build and run comprehensive reporting to track performance and inform stakeholders of progress and outcomes.
• Technical Optimization: Identify and execute technical optimizations to improve site performance and revenue opportunities..
• Mentorship and Collaboration: Receive mentorship from experienced professionals and collaborate with a dynamic team of high-energy, smart, and entrepreneurial leaders across various departments.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights, technological advancements, and new analytical methodologies.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work cross collaboratively  with various teams to support the strategy, development, and launch of data-driven projects. 

About You

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills: You are able to quickly understand data from research and use it to influence decision making and recommendations.
• Problem-solving and agility: You thrive in an environment where there is no playbook for success. You can adapt to different tasks and shift priorities as needed, simultaneously. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are energized by doing work that hasn’t been done before.
• Independence and maturity: You are comfortable producing excellent work with minimal supervision. You are a self-starter who is eager to learn and dig in.
• Multi-Tasking: You have the ability to stay organized while balancing multiple projects and workstreams.
• Work as a Team: You love working with other functional experts to crush shared goals.

This role will start in June 2025 as part of a Digital Marketing Analyst class and is an in-office position based in our Raleigh or Charlotte, NC offices (placement to be confirmed upon hire).
