Responsibilities
  • Lead the regional Business Partner Team
  • Develop and implement the people strategy across EMEA
  • Collaborate with other People functions
  • Partner with leadership team and managers to develop proactive solutions
  • Ensure alignment on initiatives and priorities
  • Maintain open and transparent communication
  • Support talent planning, coaching, policy and program development, employee experience, engagement and development, performance, and compensation
  • Develop and implement programs responsive to employees' needs
  • Support regional and global growth
