Responsibilities
- Lead the regional Business Partner Team
- Develop and implement the people strategy across EMEA
- Collaborate with other People functions
- Partner with leadership team and managers to develop proactive solutions
- Ensure alignment on initiatives and priorities
- Maintain open and transparent communication
- Support talent planning, coaching, policy and program development, employee experience, engagement and development, performance, and compensation
- Develop and implement programs responsive to employees' needs
- Support regional and global growth
