Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a cutting-edge knowledge management platform tailored to enterprise needs
  • Define and standardize SDLC processes to enhance software development practices and outcomes across the enterprise
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive product portfolio management strategy that aligns with our company goals and strategy
  • Champion the selection, development and rollout of an enterprise knowledge management system leveraging technology such as Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager, to streamline content authoring, review, approval, publishing and decommissioning across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and business units to ensure that platform solutions meet functional and strategic needs
  • Drive continuous improvement in platform capabilities and portfolio management practices to stay ahead of technological advances and business requirements
  • Facilitate training and development for team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes to ensure widespread understanding and adoption
