Requirements
  • Pursuing a B.S. Degree focused on analytics, computer science, data science, applied mathematics or statistics
  • Strong applied analytics - you love data, gleaning insights from data, and making decisions based on data
  • Expert level SQL and Databricks skills
  • Experience with R, Python (Pandas) and other programming languages and APIs (REST)
  • You are a data visualization wizard and can make beautiful Tableau dashboards
  • Pursuing an M.S. Degree focused on analytics, computer science, or data science
  • 1+ years of experience working as a data scientist or data engineer
  • Can work cross-functionally, particularly with engineering, product and growth teams
  • Experience in IoT and familiarity with hardware metrics
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk data
  • Working knowledge of natural language processing
  • Automation skill set. (AWS, Lambda, Linux, Selenium etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Quantitative Analysis: you have experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL (or graphQL) and understand basic statistics; experience with advanced visualization tools is a plus (Tableau)
  • Automation:Develop analytical frameworks through automation to proactively monitor data reporting solutions
  • Dashboard and Reporting: Develop and maintain complex Tableau dashboards, aggregating data from multiple data sources
  • Data Support: Write SQL queries and build tables in Databricks for other team members to analyze
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineering, HW Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support) and customers to prioritize opportunities for product improvement and drive corrective and preventative actions
