Your Mission:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our Chief Revenue Officer and executive team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation and Growth Focus: Utilize ABM, event marketing, content marketing, and SEO to generate leads, and ultimately convert interest into loyalty in a narrow and relationship driven total addressable market.
- Dynamic Team Leadership: Inspire and guide our marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Brand Development: Craft and refine our brand strategy to enhance Aiwyn’s market presence and ensure we are top-of-mind in our target market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key player within the executive team, contributing marketing insights to inform strategic decisions and achieve business objectives.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leader: With at least 5 years of leadership experience in the B2B SaaS sector, you bring a strategic mindset and a proven track record of success hitting quantitative performance metrics..
- Adaptable Innovator: You are comfortable navigating the fast-paced and evolving landscape of a startup environment, bringing creativity and adaptability to your role.
- Comprehensive Marketer: Your expertise spans ABM, content marketing, SEO, and beyond, enabling you to develop and execute multifaceted marketing strategies.
- Data-Driven: Your approach to marketing is rooted in analytics, using data to guide strategic decisions and demonstrate the ROI of your initiatives.
- Exceptional Communicator: You possess strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas compellingly and inspiring your team to achieve their best.
