Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • April 2026 MOSA.ic.AI targets a $25 billion market by 2030.
  • RunSafe's May 2025 integration validates customer demand for Lynx's security-centric avionics stack.
  • Hiring remains active: Revelio shows 406 employees and 101 2026 job postings.

What critics are saying

  • Boeing, Lockheed, and RTX can internalize mixed-criticality software, compressing Lynx margins by 2027.
  • DO-178C certification cycles delay revenue recognition, risking stalled MOSA.ic.AI adoption through 2026.
  • OceanSound ownership limits liquidity, and a failed CoreAVI integration would cripple Lynx's differentiation.

What makes Lynx Software Technologies unique

  • OceanSound-backed Lynx sells certifiable RTOS and hypervisor stacks for avionics.
  • MOSA.ic.AI, launched April 8 2026, unifies CPU and GPU certification paths.
  • Thompson Software Solutions joined Lynx in 2026, adding aerospace systems expertise.
