  • 5+ years in digital advertising sales, with proven success in selling to Toy companies in the kids media space and ideally with experience selling YouTube products
  • Strong relationships with Toy clients & their media agency partners
  • Have a deep understanding of the digital media landscape including video publishers, YouTube businesses, content studios, measurement companies and more
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to sell through ideas to clients

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and exceed sales revenue targets.
  • Build, manage and grow a strategic account list inclusive of current partners as well as new business, focused on the Toy category.
  • Devise an individual sales strategy that proactively identifies short-term & long-term opportunities, building a pipeline of revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director on building media proposals and Toy sales strategy.
  • Develop strategic relationships with your clients, understanding their business, their challenges and their needs.
  • Manage all client communication, from the RFP process (briefing to conversion) to leading client meetings (presenting to follow ups).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams; client success, media & ad ops, data, creative, social, marketing & finance.
  • Become a subject matter expert for all Moonbug IP's.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.
