  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a relevant field highly preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of professional hands-on software development experience with a solid understanding of core web development technologies

  • Overseeing the development and delivery of insights driven tools used by internal business partners, particularly CS functions
  • Owning the integration of internal business systems with various SaaS platforms
  • Being responsible for continuous security, compliance, and audit improvements working closely with the cyber-security team
  • Collaborating with various functions in multiple business units across the fast-growing technology organization and helping deliver amazing customer experiences
  • Demonstrating Agile behaviors, embracing Agile principles in relentless pursuit of continuous improvement both individually and organizationally
  • Working with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to prioritize, schedule, and execute projects so new features can be quickly developed and shipped
  • Aligning and developing product/platform roadmap in partnership with Product, Design, and other stakeholders
  • Effectively embracing, communicating, and evangelizing overall business strategy and direction of roadmap
  • Communicating and coordinating with other teams in and out of engineering to understand the requirements and opportunities for improvement
  • Creating robust technical solutions for complex business challenges and improving team delivery through Agile practices
  • Building relationships with peers and stakeholders to foster cross-functional/team/department collaboration
  • Seeking new ways to embed more inclusive practices into the business and teams
  • Helping recruit, source, interview and hire for the entire engineering team
  • Providing guidance, both technical and non-technical, to direct reports and leveraging each individual’s strengths to optimize execution and delivery
