  • Currently pursuing a 5th year bachelors degree in business, accounting, or a related field
  • Intent on continuing graduate education for CPA eligibility
  • Completed accounting courses such as Intro. to Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, etc.
  • Proficient accounting knowledge with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Responsibilities
  • Review capex purchase requests (Coupa)
  • Collaborate with business to obtain critical project related information
  • Gather and analyze data in preparation for fixed asset capitalization and asset creation
  • Reconcile fixed asset general ledger accounts
  • Serve as a valuable resource as the team tackles increased accounting volume related to Rivian’s expansion as it relates to R2 and the associated fixed asset implications therein
Desired Qualifications
  • Self-starter with a drive for process improvements and the ability to problem-solve
